Pioneer has Mountain Views and the MOST comfortable beds ever!! Such a nice change after old creaky beds at some of our other stays on this trip. Sheets were so soft, kitchen well stocked, flowers gorgeous!! Lila has so much great information at the hotel, too. Can walk to coffee shops and art galleries too! Highly recommend!
Got weathered in for a week waiting for the ferry. Host was kind to give a great rate for the unexpected stay. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Great location. Restaurants, lounge and many shops were in easy walking distance. Host was amazing. Definitely on our list to visit again.
My father and I stayed at this location and we highly recommend it. Truly feels like a home for the nights we stayed. Large fridge/freezer, beautiful porch/patio area, and helpful info in the room made for a very comfortable stay.
This is a great inn with a convenient location. We were in Wildflower which had a king bed, 2 twins, kitchen and bathroom. It’s very clean, hosts were very responsive and has all the little amenities that makes staying at a hotel feel more like home. Wish we could have spent more time here.
Lila is a great host! Met us and filled us in on local interests. “Room” was more - living space, kitchen space, bedroom space. Comfortably sized. Kitchen had coffee and tea, dishes. Great towels in bathroom. All was clean and tidy.
This is the most charming, well appointed room that we have had. Such attention to detail! The room is quiet and cozy with comfortable bed, table, side chair, and spacious bathroom. Good coffee with ceramic mugs, microwave and fridge. The host has left many suggestions for local restaurants and activities. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!!
The Pioneer Inn provided a very friendy stay. The location was close to all amenities although Homer itself requires a car as it is very spread out. The apartment was very well equipped and spacious and provides everything you need to cook a meal particularly if you've been fishing! The owner is very attentive and always available to answer any queries. I would definitely recommend the Pioneer Inn.
